4.5 Tests.
4.5.1 Test methods. Unless otherwise specified, the examinations and tests in table III shall
be conducted in accordance with the identified methods. The average of the determinations for a
test specified in the specification shall meet the applicable section 3 physical and chemical
requirements of this specification. Failure of any sample of tape to conform to the requirements
specified in section 3 shall be cause for rejection of the lot represented.
